Ask around, most of the time people talk about all the horror stories involved in real estate. Your real estate is your most important and expensive transaction. I want to make sure you receive the most money with the least amount of worry. Let me show you how I work to assure you that is what will happen when you list your home with me.

I'm originally from Modesto. I came up to Sacramento for college, met my husband and started my family. I graduated from Sacramento State with a BS in Business Administration.

I began my real estate career working in property management and moved quickly into wanting to work closer with people. I learned early on that I don't sell homes I sell my service. The most important aspect of my job is listening to my clients and getting them what they need and want. It is always the details. I find that I usually have to cover both my job and the other agent's job so that things run smoothly. It is always the details. I solve problems. A huge part of my job is looking ahead for problems and solving those problems ahead of time.

While many agents work hours every day trying to drum up new business I concentrate on working for my current clients. Because this level of service is so remarkable my clients refer me on to their friends and family. If I had to waste my time on drumming up new business it would pull away from my clients. I get referrals because the bottom line with me is solving problems. I have built a team that will move us forward toward that goal so we can count on a flawless transaction.

A Family Gallery - My motivation . . . . .

My husband has worked for Sacramento County as a Park Ranger for years now. Most of our time away is spent together outdoors. We love anything outdoors with friends and family. When we get out of town we are usually out on San Francisco Bay sailing.
